Grant Accountant

Our client is seeking two Grant Accountants to support the accounting and administration of grant-funded programs. This is a hands-on role working closely with hospital departments to ensure grant expenses are properly tracked, reimbursed, and compliant with grant requirements.

• Track and reconcile grant-related expenses and reimbursements.
• Partner with hospital departments to ensure expenses are properly coded and supported.
• Review grant requirements and determine eligible vs. non-reimbursable expenses.
• Monitor grant spending and identify discrepancies or compliance issues.
• Prepare reconciliations, reports, and supporting documentation.
• Assist with audits and grant reporting requirements.
• Analyze financial data and ensure accurate reporting.
• Support process improvements and other accounting projects.

• Experience with grant accounting or grant administration required.
• Understanding of grant requirements, reimbursement processes, and allowable expenses.
• Accounting or finance experience within a hospital/healthcare environment is a plus.
• ERP experience required;
  Oracle Cloud preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Open to candidates with more junior-level experience who have strong grant-related experience and the ability to learn quickly.
