As a seasonal Client Service Professional/Receptionist, you’ll focus on wow-ing clients now and in the future.
Responsibilities- Answer phones and greet clients in a personalized, friendly, and inviting manner
- Match clients with the best-suited tax professional for their needs
- Schedule clients the way they would like to be scheduled
- Help ensure all clients' needs are met during service, whether in person, over the phone, or virtually
- Maintain office cleanliness and organization of resources with the team
- Other duties as assigned
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work flexible schedule and/or in multiple locations
- Sales/marketing experience
- Experience in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in a customer service environment
- Ability to multi-task
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Computer proficiency with the ability to use Microsoft Office

The pay range for this position is listed below. Local minimum wage laws apply. Individual pay decisions depend on factors such as experience, education, skill, performance, and geographic location. Eligible associates may participate in incentive plans and benefit programs described by the company.
Pay Range
: $11.00 - $27.00/Hr.
