Pediatric Surgeon; Board Certified​/Board Eligible

St. Joseph’s Health is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Pediatric Surgeon to join a growing, multidisciplinary surgical team. This position offers the opportunity to provide high-quality pediatric surgical care within a collaborative, teaching-focused environment that supports clinical excellence, education, and research.

• Provide comprehensive pediatric surgical care, including evaluation, diagnosis, operative management, and postoperative follow-up.
• Perform pediatric surgical procedures using established techniques in accordance with accepted standards of care.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated, patient-centered care.
• Participate in surgical residency education and teaching of medical students and trainees.
• Provide consultative and advisory services to referring physicians and clinical teams.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with regulatory, hospital, and departmental requirements.
• Participate in on-call and/or outpatient clinic coverage as assigned by the Chairperson of the Department of Surgery.
• Engage in quality improvement initiatives, scholarly activity, and clinical research as appropriate.
• Support departmental and organizational initiatives as assigned.
