Hold a New Jersey Teacher Certification K-12 in accordance with the requirements of NJ State Standards with Bilingual Endorsement

Knowledge of the NJCCCS. WIDA Standards and mandated state testing

Knowledge of the New Jersey State Learning Standards

Demonstrate knowledge and understanding of teaching content in Spanish

Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with grade level colleagues to provide individualized, yet rigorous instruction in Bilingual Strategies

Demonstrate knowledge of child growth and development, effective instructional strategies, classroom management

Experience working with students in various grades levels in various content areas

Knowledge of assessment and data analysis for instructional purposes

Ability to communicate effectively in English, both orally and in writing, with students, staff, parents, administrators, and the community
