What You Will Be Doing- Observing instructional staff and support personnel at the partner school, demonstrating 2 Hour Learning protocols, and providing coaching through structured one‑on‑one or small‑group formats
- Working with students in small‑group or individual configurations: tracking advancement in digital learning platforms, cultivating goal‑setting capabilities, and modeling effective practices for the broader team
- Facilitating life skills sessions that captivate students and illustrate exemplary workshop delivery for observing staff
- Leveraging student performance data to refine coaching strategies and confirm academic benchmarks are achieved
- Conducting post‑observation and post‑workshop debriefs with staff to solidify best practices and address inquiries
- Authorized to work legally in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship
- Available to work on‑site at the Spotswood, NJ location through June 2026 (temporary relocation is acceptable)
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, or a related discipline (Master's degree preferred)
- At least 5 years of professional experience in education, coaching, or a related sector serving youth or adults
- Minimum 1 year of experience training or coaching adults (educators, support staff, coaches) with proven modeling and feedback capabilities
- Hands‑on experience working with children between the ages of 5 and 14 in educational or youth development environments
