Your six‑month engagement will bring this model to a partner school in Spotswood, NJ: coaching students directly while training the school's teaching team to execute the program with precision. No isolated lesson planning.

No theoretical workshops. You'll model best practices in live sessions with students while staff watch and absorb the method.

If you excel at driving change in both young learners and educators, this six‑month role enables you to create measurable progress on dual fronts.

• Observing teachers and aides at the partner school, demonstrating 2 Hour Learning protocols, and providing coaching through structured one‑on‑one or small‑group sessions.
• Working with students in small groups or individually: tracking their progress in learning applications, cultivating goal‑setting abilities, and modeling effective practices for observing staff.
• Facilitating life skills workshops that actively engage students and exemplify high‑quality delivery for the teaching team.
• Analyzing student performance data to refine mentorship tactics and confirm academic milestones are achieved.
• Conducting debrief sessions with staff following observations and workshops to solidify best practices and address their questions.

• Legal authorization to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship.
• Able to work on‑site at the Spotswood, NJ campus until June 2026 (temporary relocation is acceptable).
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, or a related discipline (Master's degree preferred).
• At least 5 years of experience in education, coaching, or a related field with youth or adult populations.
• Minimum 1 year of experience training or coaching adults (teachers, staff, coaches) with proven modeling and feedback capabilities.
• Hands‑on experience working with children between the ages of 5 and 14 in educational or youth development environments.
