ASVAB Edge Academy LLC is seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as PRN (As-Needed) ASVAB Prep Tutors. In this flexible and rewarding role, you will empower high school students to achieve their goals by helping them prepare for the crucial ASVAB exam, a key step for military enlistment and career exploration.

This is more than just a tutoring job—it's an opportunity to build your resume and develop valuable leadership and teaching skills in a structured educational program, with the flexibility to choose assignments that fit your availability.

• Deliver our pre-designed curriculum in small groups to high school students at assigned local schools.
• Facilitate engaging and effective learning sessions focused on key ASVAB test subjects (Math, Verbal, and Science).
• Serve as a positive mentor and role model, fostering a supportive and productive learning environment.
• Be available for single-day or short-term program assignments, as well as potential substitute coverage.

• Experience working with high schoolers (Preferred).
• Teacher or tutoring experience (Preferred). Experience with SAT/ACT/ASVAB preparation is a significant plus.
• High school diploma or GED (Required). Current college students (Juniors, Seniors, or Graduate Students) and career professionals are encouraged to apply.
• Strongly Preferred Backgrounds:
  Applications are especially welcome from former JROTC cadets, current military reservists/National Guard members, and college students pursuing degrees in Math, Science, or Pre-Med fields.
• Reliable, punctual, and professional with a genuine passion for helping others succeed.
• Must have reliable personal transportation to travel to assigned high schools in the region.
• Ability to successfully pass a background check.

• Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
• Schedule: PRN (As-Needed) position. Programs run during weekday school hours. You will have the flexibility to accept or decline assignments based on your schedule. Assignments may range from single-day workshops to multi-week programs.
