Under general supervision, coordinates clinical research protocols; interacts with sponsors, investigators, data coordinating centers, and core laboratory personnel as needed; ensures that the regulatory binders are complete and up-to-date; executes and adheres to the clinical trial research protocols; performs follow-up procedures and completes case report forms; prepares documents for IRB submission in compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations. Screens potential research patients for clinical research protocols and gathers data while maintaining patient confidentiality.
Responsibilities- Coordinate clinical research protocols under general supervision.
- Interact with sponsors, investigators, data coordinating centers, and core laboratory personnel as needed.
- Ensure regulatory binders are complete and up-to-date.
- Execute and adhere to clinical trial research protocols.
- Perform follow-up procedures and complete case report forms.
- Prepare documents for IRB submission in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
- Screen potential research patients for clinical research protocols and gather data while maintaining patient confidentiality.
- Knowledge of theories, principles, and concepts normally acquired through completion of an Associate's degree in Business or closely related field.
- One to three years of previous work related experience.
- SOCRA certification and Patient Care Associate Adult Phlebotomy certification preferred.

St. Joseph’s Health provides a salary range to comply with New Jersey Law. The rate of pay is determined based on candidate experience and qualifications. The salary range does not include incentives, differential pay, or other forms of compensation.
