Job Description:

Icare Pharmacy Plus is seeking a dedicated and highly skilled Pharmacist to join our team. We are looking for a professional who can dispense medications accurately, provide excellent pharmaceutical care, and ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations. • Medication Dispensing:
  Accurately dispense prescription medications to patients.
• Patient Counseling:
  Provide detailed counseling on medication usage, potential side effects, and interactions.
• Regulatory Compliance:
  Ensure adherence to federal, state, and local pharmacy regulations.
• Controlled Substances Management:
  Maintain accurate records and manage controlled substances responsibly.
• Staff Training:
  Oversee and train pharmacy staff to ensure adherence to best practices.
• Collaborative Care:
  Work with healthcare providers to manage and improve patient care.
• Inventory Management:
  Maintain optimal inventory levels to prevent shortages and overstock.
• Insurance Processing:
  Handle insurance claims processing and reimbursement efficiently.
• Customer Service:
  Address and resolve patient inquiries and concerns professionally.

• Must Have: A valid state required pharmacist license
• Must Have:
  Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.
  
  D.) degree from an accredited institution.
• Preferred:
  Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a pharmacy setting.

• Strong knowledge of federal and state pharmacy laws and regulations.
• Proficiency with pharmacy management software systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Commitment to providing exceptional patient care.

• Certification in Medication Therapy Management (MTM).
• Experience with inventory management and cost-saving measures.
• Proven track record of effectively managing a pharmacy team.
