Overview

Talkiatry is seeking experienced licensed Therapists, including social workers, counselors, and marriage and family therapists (LCSWs, LMFTs, LMHCs, LPCs, LCPCs, LPCCs) to join our team of providers. The base pay range is $70,000.00/yr - $90,000.00/yr. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience. We invite you to speak with a recruiter to learn more.

• Provide high-quality psychotherapy and coordinated care for your patients.
• Collaborate with a team of providers including psychiatrists and nurse practitioners to diagnose, manage, and treat patients using a variety of interventions and modalities.
• Work independently and in collaboration with a team of behavioral health providers and support staff.
• Utilize our integrated EMR and other technology to support patient messaging, track progress, and gain outcomes insights.

• Demonstrated experience caring for a diverse mix of patients receiving mental health treatment for anxiety, depression, and other conditions.
• Excellent clinical knowledge, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to listen to patient needs, communicate clearly, address concerns, coordinate care, and take accountability for outcomes.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and implementing evidence-based practices to enhance care quality.
• Practice to the highest ethical standards in your discipline.
• Commitment to high-quality, accessible, cost-effective health care.
• Therapists must have licensure to practice independently in the state(s) of work; supervision toward independent licensure is not provided.
• Technical proficiency with EMR tools and willingness to learn new systems; active and unrestricted state license with willingness to obtain additional licensure as requested (paid by Talkiatry).
