We seek dedicated, caring, and compassionate individuals for our Residential/Outpatient Treatment Facilities and Community Programs.
CADC/LCADC CounselorLocation: Paterson & Passaic, New Jersey
Sign-on bonus of $3000 (Full Time Only, New Employees Only)
The Credentialed Counselor plays an integral role in the treatment team, providing individual, group, family, and didactic sessions, along with case management services, to ensure compliance with treatment requirements of regulatory bodies.
Responsibilities:Must hold a BA/BS or MA/MSW with a CADC or LCADC, and have 1-3 years of experience in addictions or mental health. Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written skills required. Familiarity with NJSAMS, ASAM, LOCI, and Drug Court Policies. Proficiency with computers. Experience in fee-for-service environments is a plus.
