Bilingual Behavior Technician; BT​/RBT – Afternoon Shifts in Paterson, NJ

Position: Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) - Bilingual Preferred
Setting: In-home (Paterson, NJ)
Hours: Full-Time (Afternoon Hours)
Pay: $24-$32/hour

Spend your day working one-on-one with children with autism in their home, using evidence-based ABA therapy to improve behaviors and build meaningful skills. As a Behavior Technician, you ll implement treatment plans designed by a supervising Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and help families navigate everyday challenges.

• Must be at least 18 years old

• Reliable transportation and personal vehicle

• Experience with children required; ABA experience preferred

• Bilingual (Spanish-English) strongly preferred
