Job Description
We are searching for a Program Director to lead a neighborhood-based initiative to remove lead paint from 100 homes. The position requires the ability to recruit, qualify, and direct contractors to undertake lead remediation efforts; coordinate a campaign to inform local residents about the program; arrange for inspections; maintain program records; etc. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in overseeing a program that involves coordinating services and interacting with a variety of parties.
The ability to “own” the program, attend to all program details, and ensure its success from start to finish is vital. Interested candidates should provide a resume and a thoughtful cover letter outlining experience and interest in the position. Applications will be accepted until January 1, 2026.
