SummarySeeking a Manager with at least 2 years of DDD Management Experience to administer and supervise the operation of a group living facility, ensuring compliance with PILLAR, licensing, and Department of Human Services policies and procedures.
Essential Duties- Supervise medical, activity, financial, and other record‑keeping; ensure required records and reports are completed and submitted; serve as IHP coordinator for residents.
- Perform functions of Residential Care Assistant or shift supervisor, supporting residents in implementing IHP/ISP or other goals.
- Adhere to health precautions, monitor residents’ health, and follow up on medical, dental, and emotional health needs; may accompany residents to appointments and administer medications.
- Maintain safety and security through inspections, fire drills, safety procedures, and staff training; enforce licensing standards; conduct house and staff meetings.
- Recruit, direct, supervise, and train staff; coordinate schedules; conduct staff meetings; counsel, discipline, evaluate performance, and recommend compensation or disciplinary actions.
- Develop policies, guidelines, and procedures; respond and report emergencies or incidents; conduct investigations of health, safety, or welfare concerns.
- Lead participation in annual licensing and bi‑annual Q&A audits, providing written corrections as required.
- Maintain communication with families, case managers, and other stakeholders; participate in case management conferences and coordinate activities with community providers.
- Implement and monitor the annual operating budget; approve expenditures; manage residents’ personal funds.
- Supervise upkeep of the facility, coordinate maintenance, and order supplies.
- At least 21 years of age (insurance purposes).
- At least 2 years of DDD Management experience.
- DDD licensing experience preferred.
- High school diploma or GED.
- BA/BS degree in Social Service, Rehabilitation, LPN or similar discipline preferred.
- Valid driver’s license with no more than 4 points.
- 5 years of successful employment working with adults with disabilities.
- Experience handling various medical diagnoses and behavioral needs.
- Experience conducting doctor appointments with individuals with disabilities.
- Ability to complete required Pillar trainings within the required period and adhere to DDD policies.
- Ability to drive a multi‑passenger vehicle.
- Successful completion of drug screening, criminal history background check, and TB screening.
