A leading ingredient manufacturing company in Paterson, NJ seeks a Manager of Quality & Food Safety to oversee food safety programs and ensure compliance with industry regulations. This role requires a Bachelor's degree in Food Science or related field and at least 7 years of QA experience in food manufacturing, including 2 years in leadership. Responsibilities include leading audits, managing quality assurance processes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance product integrity and safety.

Competitive salary between $115,000 and $130,000 annually.
