A mental health nonprofit agency in Paterson, NJ is seeking a Diversion Specialist to coordinate the Passaic County Prevention and Diversion Project. Responsibilities include addressing housing barriers for individuals at risk of homelessness, developing stabilization plans, and facilitating communication among relevant parties. Candidates should have a bachelor’s in mental health or equivalent experience, strong organizational skills, and knowledge of poverty/homelessness issues.
A valid NJ Driver’s License is required, and bilingual skills are a plus. Comprehensive benefits offered, including 6 weeks PTO.
