Nurse Manager – OB GYN General Clinic

St. Joseph's Health invites applications for the Nurse Manager – OB GYN General Clinic. This position coordinates clinical services within OB/GYN clinics, overseeing quality improvement, performance evaluation, and interdisciplinary collaboration.

• Provision and coordination of clinical services within OB/GYN clinics
• Oversight, quality improvement, performance evaluation, and collaboration of disciplines within the OB/GYN clinics

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (Master's degree preferred)
• Three to five years of related work experience, plus three to six months of on-the-job training and orientation
• Registered Nurse license in New Jersey
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within one year of hire
• Analytical ability to collect, analyze, and summarize information from diverse sources
