Analytical Chemist

Overview

Our client is a nutraceutical supplement manufacturing company looking to add an Analytical Chemist to their team.

Schedule:

Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm.

Base pay range: $75,000.00/yr - $80,000.00/yr.

• Perform HPLC, GC, UV-Vis, FTIR, ICP-MS, Titration, and other techniques to perform qualitative and quantitative testing on raw materials, intermediates, and finished products.
• Develop, validate, and optimize analytical methods.
• Ensure all testing meets GMP, FDA, USP, NSF, and other industry standards for nutraceuticals.
• Assess product shelf life and identify potential degradation pathways by conducting stability studies.
• Oversee maintenance and calibration of lab instruments to meet compliance.
• Support documentation efforts for audits and regulatory filings.

• 1+ years of analytical chemistry experience within the nutraceutical, dietary supplement, or food & beverage industry.
• Hands-on experience with HPLC, GC, UV-Vis, FTIR, and ICP-MS.
• Understanding of GMP, FDA, USP, and other regulatory guidelines.
• Experience in method development, validation, and troubleshooting.
• Strong proficiency with LIMS, chromatography software, and Microsoft Office Suite.

• 3 years of experience is preferred.

• Bachelor s or Master s degree in Analytical Chemistry, Chemistry, or Biochemistry is required.
