Sun Biologics Territory Manager is responsible for promoting Sun’s biologic product(s) and optimizing business opportunities in targeted physician offices, key clinics, and hospital accounts specializing in Psoriasis. The role requires developing and applying territory business plans that lead to the achievement of sales goals and objectives, and coordinating with all field‑based employees (Customer Engagement, Reimbursement, Managed Markets, etc.) to drive acceptance of promoted product(s) within the designated geography.
Required- Bachelor Degree required
- Minimum 5 years of Pharmaceutical/Biotech/Medical Device experience
- Very strong communication skills and demonstrated clinical acumen.
- Strong ability to collaborate, innovate and deliver results.
- Valid driver’s license. /ul>Preferred
- Experience in Psoriasis or other Immunologic Disease States including Rheumatoid Arthritis, Inflammatory Bowel Disease, and Multiple Sclerosis.
- IV or Sub Q Biologic selling experience (including Oncology).
- Experience selling in a complex reimbursement and access environment.
- Dermatology selling experience.
- Biologic launch experience.
- Experience selling in a highly competitive environment.
- Reports directly to the Regional Sales Manager.
- Responsible for understanding and utilizing sales reports, CRM, and forecasts.
- Responsible for timely call reporting tasks.
- Responsible for managing sales budgets within the territory.
- Responsible for meeting monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales goals.
This individual must have a positive attitude and be adaptable to a dynamic “startup” type of environment without losing focus on business goals. They should be dependable, build trust with their matrix team, and be transparent, ethical and compliant. They should also be experienced with selling and presenting detailed scientific subject matter in a clear and understandable fashion.

Interactions With OthersInteracts at multiple levels inside and outside the company. Tact, diplomacy, and a high level of professionalism are essential.
Compensation and BenefitsThe anticipated base compensation range for this position is $118,000‑$164,000. Actual base compensation may vary based on geographic location and experience. In addition, the position is part of the IC Commission Plan. Employees are eligible to participate in company employee benefit programs including medical, dental, and vision coverage; life insurance; disability insurance; 401(k) savings plan; flexible spending accounts; and the employee assistance program.
Employees also receive paid time off benefits, including vacation and sick time.
