- Supervise, train, and assign work to maintenance technicians and mechanics
- Plan and execute preventive and predictive maintenance programs for screw machines, blade tooling, and auxiliary equipment
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
- Oversee setup, adjustment, and maintenance of screw machinery and cutting blade systems
- Diagnose electrical issues including motors, drives, controls, sensors, and basic PLC systems
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, lockout/tagout procedures, and plant policies
- Coordinate maintenance activities with production to minimize downtime
- Maintain accurate maintenance records, work orders, and equipment history
- Manage spare parts inventory and work with vendors and contractors as needed
- Support continuous improvement, reliability initiatives, and root cause analysis of equipment failures
- Assist with equipment installations, upgrades, and plant improvement projects
