Job description:
We are seeking dynamic individuals to serve as Residence Counselors.
- Carrying out residence’s program plan developed in connection with resident’s goals, objectives and individual needs and preferences.
- Ensuring the health and safety of residents.
- Providing assistance to residents in meeting goals and objectives.
- Properly maintaining program and consumer records.
Prospective applicants must have BA in human services with one to three years of experience or a high school diploma with two to three years of experience in the human services field; good organizational skills; the ability to multi‑task and to work effectively as a member of a team; good interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills and a valid, clean NJ driver’s license.
Experience: Not required
Employment: Full-time
Schedule: Monday - Friday
Salary: $17 hourly
Starting time: Immediate start!
