Kindly Direct Care is hiring a part-time Direct Support Professional for a one-to-one opportunity in Bergen County.
About This OpportunityThis can be a great fit for a college student, educator, human-services professional, caregiver, or someone looking for meaningful part-time work. Consistency matters: although the hours may be limited, the individual and family rely on the DSP to keep the agreed schedule.
What You'll DoSupport an adult with developmental disabilities at home and in the community.
Encourage independence, social connection, and progress toward personal goals.
Assist with routines and activities based on the individual's needs.
Maintain safety and follow individualized support instructions.
Complete required documentation after services and communicate reliably with the Kindly team.
Able to consistently commit to the exact posted schedule.
Dependable, respectful, patient, and comfortable working one-to-one.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Able to complete required onboarding, background checks, and training.
Schedule:
Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays from 3 PM-6 PM.Pay: 19-22/HR

Fair Lawn NJ 07410
Driving on shift: REQUIRED
