We are seeking a reliable and safety‑conscious Warehouse Shuttle Driver to transport products between warehouses, production facilities, and distribution centers.

• Safely operate company shuttle trucks (CDL) to transport goods between company locations or nearby warehouses.
• Ensure timely and accurate delivery/pickup of materials, pallets, and inventory.
• Load and unload goods using appropriate equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) as needed.
• Inspect vehicles daily for mechanical items and safety issues and perform routine maintenance.
• Maintain accurate logs of deliveries, mileage, fuel usage, and incidents.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch, warehouse personnel, and supervisors regarding delays, deliveries, and issues.
• Follow all DOT, OSHA, and company safety protocols and procedures.

• Experience:
  
  Clean driving record with a minimum of 2 years of commercial driving experience; experience in a warehouse or logistics environment preferred.
• Education:
  
  High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Skills:
  
  Ability to operate shuttle trucks, box trucks, or trailers; strong attention to detail; ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks for extended periods.

• Ability to work in cold storage environments as low as ‑10 °F.
• Regular exposure to changing weather conditions while driving or loading/unloading.
• Flexibility to work overtime, weekends, or variable shifts if required.
• PPE (personal protective equipment) such as safety vests, gloves, and steel‑toed boots may be required.

$23 – $25 per hour – starting hourly compensation estimate for this role; actual rate determined by experience, qualifications, work location, and internal pay alignment, in accordance with applicable laws.
