Description:

This is a full-time on-site role located in Patiala for a Patient Care Executive The Patient Care Executive will be responsible for appointment scheduling, phone etiquette, care coordination, medical terminology, doctor Tyups, and patient care-related tasks.

Qualifications:

Patient Management & Registration at the Clinic.
Patient Follow-up & Record Updation.
Patient Feedback / Reviews Management.
Strong skills in appointment scheduling and phone etiquette.
Experience in care coordination and patient care.
Familiarity with medical terminology.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
