About the role
Lead admissions operations for IWP Academy's new Patna campus end to end — own enrollment targets, build and manage the counselling team, and drive the lead-to-admission pipeline. A founding-team leadership role for someone who can set up a function from the ground up.
Responsibilities
Own monthly and quarterly admission targets for the Patna centre.
Build, train and manage a high-performing counselling team.
Plan and execute lead-generation across digital, offline and referral channels.
Oversee the full admissions funnel — enquiry, counselling, follow-up and enrollment.
Track conversion metrics and report performance to management.
Maintain relationships with schools, partners and the local community.
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience in admissions, sales or business development.
Education or skilling industry background strongly preferred.
Proven strength in lead generation, operations and team management.
Ability to set up and scale a centre's admissions function independently.
Strong communication, negotiation and people-leadership skills.

Be the first point of contact for prospective students and their families. Guide candidates through our courses, understand their goals, and help them choose the right programme — turning enquiries into confident enrollments.
Responsibilities
Counsel walk-in, call and online enquiries on our design and skilling courses.
Understand each student's background and recommend suitable programmes.
Follow up consistently to move enquiries toward enrollment.
Maintain accurate records of leads and admission status.
Support admission events, demos and orientation sessions.
Meet individual enrollment targets while delivering a great candidate experience.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in student counselling and admissions.
Strong track record of converting enquiries into enrollments.
Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English.
Warm, persuasive and genuinely student-first approach.
Organised, target-driven and comfortable with follow-ups.
