We are looking for a Software Test Engineer who is detail-oriented, passionate about quality, and driven to ensure that every product we deliver performs flawlessly. You will be responsible for testing web and mobile applications, identifying bugs, improving test coverage, and ensuring smooth user experiences across all releases.

This is a hands-on role requiring analytical thinking, test planning, and collaboration with developers and product teams to deliver high-quality releases on time.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
4–10 years of experience in software testing (manual or automation).
Good understanding of SDLC, STLC, and Defect Life Cycle.
Hands-on experience with testing tools like Selenium, Postman, JMeter, or Cypress.
Familiarity with SQL for backend data validation.
Working knowledge of API testing, responsive UI testing, and cross-browser testing.
Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to think from an end-user perspective.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Responsibilities
Design, develop, and execute test cases, test scenarios, and test plans for web and mobile applications.
Perform manual and automated testing (functional, regression, integration, smoke, and performance testing).
Track, document, and report defects using tools like JIRA, Bugzilla, or similar systems.
Work closely with developers and product managers to understand business requirements and ensure comprehensive coverage.
Assist in building and maintaining automated test scripts using frameworks like Selenium, Cypress, or Postman (for API testing).
Ensure product stability, usability, and scalability before every release cycle.
Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes, test strategies, and documentation.
Preferred Qualification
Experience testing Fin Tech, Accounting, or SaaS applications. Exposure to Agile/Scrum environments. Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Git Hub Actions, etc.). Familiarity with automation frameworks and test data management.
