About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented IT Executive to join our IT Infrastructure team.
This role offers hands-on experience in managing day-to-day IT operations, troubleshooting technical issues, and supporting enterprise-wide technology initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of laptops, desktops, and peripherals.
Support IT team in asset management and maintaining IT inventory records.
Help troubleshoot connectivity and performance issues related to LAN/Wi-Fi, VPN, and printers.
Contribute to IT documentation : SOPs, knowledge base articles, and system configurations.
Assist with software licensing, updates, and patch management .
Provide first-level support for email, collaboration tools, and enterprise applications .
Participate in IT security awareness initiatives and assist in ensuring compliance with company IT policies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth IT operations.
Qualifications & Skills
1-2 years of relevant work experience.
Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in Computer Science, IT, Electronics, or related field.
Good understanding of computer hardware, operating systems, and networking concepts .
Familiarity with Windows, Linux, and MS Office applications (knowledge of cloud platforms like Google Workspace / Office 365 is a plus).
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.
Ability to learn quickly, work independently, and adapt to new technologies.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
