Zonal Collection Manager

We are seeking a seasoned  Zonal Collection Manager  with a strong background in mortgage loan collections. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience handling high-volume portfolios and managing a team. This role is crucial for overseeing the entire collection process across all channels and ensuring targets are met.

Key Responsibilities    Oversee the  collection of mortgage loan products .
Manage both the  in-house and external channel collection  processes.
Supervise and lead a team of collection professionals.
Handle  high-volume portfolios  and drive team performance to achieve targets.
Required Candidate Profile    Proven experience in  collections , specifically with mortgage loan products.
Expertise in managing various collection channels.
Experience in handling  large portfolios .
Prior experience in a  team-handling  or leadership role.
