Job Summary
A results-driven Senior Area Retail Manager with over 10 years of experience in the menswear apparel retail industry, responsible for driving sales growth, managing multi-store retail operations, and ensuring operational excellence across the assigned region. Proven expertise in team leadership, visual merchandising, inventory control, and strategic business development to maximize profitability and brand presence.
Will be responsible to lead & manage retail sales & operations of multiple       Exclusive Brand Outlets (EBOs)       in       Bihar & Jharkhand states.

Key Responsibilities

1. Regional Sales & Business Growth
Drive regional sales performance and achieve revenue targets across multiple retail stores.
Develop and execute strategic sales plans aligned with company objectives.
Monitor KPIs including sales conversion, average bill value, footfall conversion, and store productivity.

2. Retail Operations Management
Oversee daily operations of all stores within the region to ensure smooth functioning.
Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and retail standards.
Maintain high standards of customer service and store presentation.
Oversee implementation of CRM strategy for the region

3. Team Leadership & Development
Lead, mentor, and manage Store Managers and retail staff to improve performance.
Ensure regular training sessions on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer engagement and work closely with Retail HR team at Head Office

4. Visual Merchandising & Brand Standards
Ensure stores maintain brand guidelines for visual merchandising and store layout.
Coordinate with merchandising teams to optimize product display and stock availability.

5. Inventory & Supply Chain Management
Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment to prevent stockouts or overstocking.
Analyze product performance and ensure effective inventory turnover.
Management of store level inventory, identify fast moving items & ensure continuous replenishment of those items at stores

6. Market Expansion & Business Development
Identify new market opportunities and support store expansion within the region.
Conduct competitor analysis and market trend assessments.

7. Reporting & Analysis
Prepare sales/KPI reports and provide insights to senior management.
Analyze market data and consumer behavior to optimize product assortment and promotions.

Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in business administration, Retail Management, Fashion Management, or related field.
10+ years of experience in retail sales & operations  from  menswear or any leading fashion apparel brand
Minimum  7 years' experience in a multi-store or regional retail sales management role .
