• Assist a student with special needs by providing academic, behavioral, and personal support.
• Work closely with teachers and specialists to implement individualized education plans (IEPs).
• Provide direct support to the assigned student in academic and social activities.
• Assist with classroom assignments, adapting materials as needed.
• Monitor and support behavioral goals using positive reinforcement strategies.
• Help with daily living tasks such as mobility, hygiene, and transitions.
• Escort the student to different locations (bathroom, cafeteria, therapy sessions).
• Communicate regularly with teachers, therapists, and parents about progress.
• Maintain a safe and inclusive learning environment.
• Understand and demonstrate the company core values.
