Grainger, Inc. seeks a proactive ICQA Supervisor to manage daily operations in a high-volume distribution center in California. You will lead a non-exempt hourly team of 20-25, drive accuracy in receiving, storage, and order fulfillment, and partner with managers to optimize resources and processes.
You will analyze distribution metrics, promote safe work practices, ensure compliance with OSHA/DOT/EPA where applicable, and report to the ICQA Manager. Occasional travel may be required.
