TNP is looking for  motivated talents  to join our teams of consultants for a  6-month internship  to contribute on projects on several sectors (fashion, automotive, banking, insurance …). You will participate to consulting missions related to  supply chain, warehouse activities, customer experience, digital transformation across different sectors,  while   developing your  project management skills . In addition, you will participate in the  business   development  of the first TNP office in Italy, supporting its growth on the market.

TNP Italia is part of TNP Group, created in 2007, that is a  hybrid, and independent consulting firm , specialized in  operational and digital transformation  of companies in the sectors of  industry & services, banking, insurance and public sector . We are present in more than 10 countries such as France, Italy, Switzerland, Luxembourg, India, Morocco and US.
TNP Italia, born in 2020, is currently supporting  key players  in  automotive, retail, fashion & luxury and financial services sectors .

HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE
Consulting mission
Be part of a team of consultants and actively participate to clients’ missions:
Crunching data and preparing analysis results
Helping in producing deliverables for the clients
Supporting the preparation of project committees
Business Development
Preparation and strategical study of sector/client stakes, benchmarking, and evaluation of external partnerships.
Communication & Marketing
Participation to brand awareness improvement through social media strategy and content creation, participation and organization of events.

WHO YOU ARE
Master in engineering/economics, end of study
Proactivity, curiosity, and capability to work with a relative degree of autonomy
Analytical, problem-solving, organizational and communication skills
Competency in using Microsoft Office applications such as Word, PowerPoint, Excel
Visualization tools as Power BI are a plus
Excellent proficiency in Italian and English is required; knowledge of a third language is considered a plus
Passion for consulting
