Ecommerce Specialist

Taller Marmo is seeking an  Ecommerce Specialist  to join our growing Milan team and oversee the evolution of our  Online Boutique –   

We are looking for a digital professional with at least  three years of experience , driven by curiosity, precision, and an entrepreneurial spirit. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and is passionate about bringing refined craftsmanship to the digital world.
Reporting to the  Ecommerce Manager , you will collaborate closely with the  Finance, Marketing, Logistics, and Production  teams to ensure a seamless and elevated online experience aligned with the brand’s vision.

Key Responsibilities   Boutique Management
Oversee the daily operations of the Online Boutique
Manage product uploads, descriptions, and catalogue accuracy
Ensure the right assortment is available at the right time
Supervise site functionality and coordinate with the technical team
Order & Inventory Oversight
Monitor orders, payments, and inventory levels
Anticipate restocks and manage supplies to prevent stockouts
Coordinate with Customer Care to ensure timely and thoughtful service
Content & Creative Production
Oversee the production of e-commerce and editorial shoots
Coordinate the creative team involved, including photographers, stylists, and retouchers
Supervise and contribute to newsletters
Ensure visual consistency and alignment with brand aesthetics across all touchpoints
Analysis & Reporting
Monitor and interpret key performance metrics to guide strategic decisions

Requirements   Minimum  3 years of experience  in Ecommerce
Solid understanding of  Shopify  and  Google Analytics
Proficient in  Excel
Fluent in English
Knowledge of  Illustrator  or equivalent software is a plus
Personal Qualities   Thoughtful, proactive, and solution-oriented
Collaborative with a strong sense of ownership
Detail-driven and able to oversee processes end-to-end
Acts as a  true ambassador  of the Taller Marmo aesthetic and values
