What You’ll Take Charge Of

As an intern, you’ll gain hands-on experience working closely with our Publisher and Ad Operations teams:
Support the onboarding and day-to-day management of new publisher partnerships, troubleshooting issues as they arise
Assist in preparing and presenting quarterly business reviews for key publisher partners
Act as a point of support between internal Ad Operations teams and publishers, helping ensure smooth communication and fast response times
Contribute ideas for new video content topics in line with publisher needs and performance insights
Collaborate with supply teams across different markets, sharing learnings and contributing to optimization strategies

What We’re Looking For

Extracurricular internship for 6 months
Interest in video advertising, digital media operations, ad operations, or account management (experience in video advertising is a strong plus)
Excellent command of English, both written and spoken (native-level proficiency is a plus)
Passion for technology, digital media, and the startup environment
Familiarity with the terminology and concepts of online advertising and emerging technologies
Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and VAST/VPAID is preferred
Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Power Point
Strong analytical and numerical skills, with interest in KPI analysis and performance metrics
Strong people skills and the ability to build productive relationships with colleagues and partners
