Finance Analyst – Finance Director

Position: Finance Analyst – Finance Director Support
We are looking for a highly motivated  Finance Analyst  to join our Finance Department in Milan and support the  Finance Director  in  managing  and  improving  the company’s  financial performance .
The ideal candidate will have approximately  5 years  of  experience , a strong  analytical mindset ,  excellent  communication skills in  English  and a  good  knowledge of  French , together with a solid foundation in  accounting  and  financial processes .

The position will focus exclusively on the  financial management  of the  foreign subsidiaries .

Requirements :

• Degree  in  Economics ,  Finance ,  Accounting .

• Fluent  English  (both written and spoken) – daily communication with international stakeholders.

• Knowledge of  accounting  principles and  financial   reporting   standards  ( IAS / IFRS ).

• Previous experience in the  Administration  department in a  Financial   Service s company.

• Experience in an  auditing  firm (Big Four experience preferred) is a  plus.

Main  Responsibilities :

• Manage and coordinate all financial activities related to foreign subsidiaries.

• Support in Budgeting and Forecasting activities for international entities.

• Perform Cash Flow Analysis and monitor liquidity trends across subsidiaries.

• Prepare and manage financial reports for corporate bodies (e.g., Board of Directors).

• Collaborate with the Accounting Department on monthly closings and financial statements of foreign companies.

• Contribute to the preparation of the Statutory Financial Statements and internal reporting.
