A unique opportunity to take action
We are looking for a Field Training Officer to join our operations team for activities at a major international client based in Milan and the surrounding area.

You will become part of a team of highly qualified professionals and work in a dynamic and structured environment, managing the organization and delivery of training plans for operational personnel at designated sites, within a continuous process of supervision, evaluation, and training, in order to ensure high standards.

Requirements

European Union citizenship

Valid driving license (Category

B)

English proficiency at least at C1 level

Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, SharePoint)

At least 2 years of experience in the security sector and/or business management

At least 2 years of experience in training or an equivalent combination of education and experience

Strong organizational skills and ability to manage training documentation

Professionalism and composure under pressure

Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time

Valid driving license (Category

B)

Bachelor’s degree

Willingness to obtain the Prefectural Decree authorization

Preferred qualifications

Experience in data center environments

Experience in developing training programs or instructional design

We offer

Employment at Level 4 of the Private Security National Collective Agreement plus role allowance

Gross annual salary (RAL) of €47,000

Meal vouchers worth €5.29 per day

Full-time schedule from Monday to Friday
