Bright Stars helps families in Rhode Island access QUALITY child care, early learning, and school-age programs. We help child care providers learn about best practices in early learning and apply them to the care children receive. We recognize program quality and give parents information to make choices about their children’s care and education.

Responsibilities:

• Experience and demonstrated ability in working with children.
• Strong attention to detail, timelines, and great multi-tasking skills.
• Self-motivator and problem solver.
• Excellent communicator and shows confidence in building and maintaining relationships with children and parents.
• Ability to photocopy, print, file, and compile necessary data entry.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Ability to follow curriculum and manage lesson plans, under the RIELD Standards.
• Someone wants to advance in their career.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time.
Expected hours: 30-35 per week.

Requirements:
Associates in Early Childhood Education or Related Field.
1 year of Experience in a licensed daycare setting.
Ability to pass National & State Background Checks.
RIELDS and college credits preferred.
