Location: Rhode Island and Southeast / Central Massachusetts

• Engage with prospects and conduct site visits to assess needs and provide tailored solutions (evaluate project conditions, measure dimensions, and gather necessary information for accurate estimates).
• Prepare detailed cost estimates for materials, labor, and equipment required for projects, ensuring accuracy and competitiveness, maintain accurate documentation.
• Develop and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients to generate new business opportunities, actively pursue leads.
• Create clear and comprehensive proposals that outline project scope, timelines, and pricing, tailored to client needs and present proposals to clients and contract terms.

• 2+ years of experience in estimating, sales, or a related field, preferably within the fencing or construction industry.

• Ability to conduct site visits, which may involve walking over various terrains and climbing stairs or ladders, capability of lifting up to 50 pounds as needed, willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
