Overview

Talkiatry is seeking 100% Remote BC/BE Psychiatrists to join our national team as we expand across the US. Talkiatry was built for Psychiatrists, by Psychiatrists, offering the stability and support of a hospital group with the autonomy of private practice.

Our physicians enjoy clinical autonomy, flexible scheduling, and administrative support designed to reduce non-clinical burdens so they can focus on patient care.

• Provide psychiatric care to patients remotely within established practice guidelines and patients selected according to criteria.
• Utilize Talkiatry’s technology, including an integrated EMR, messaging, telemedicine, lab integration, and tools to track patient outcomes.
• Collaborate with a network of specialists and therapists through an in-house referral network; coordinate care within the EMR for seamless information sharing.
• Establish patient intake time frames and follow-up durations (minimum of 60 minutes for intakes and 30 minutes for follow-ups).

• Compensation: base salary + monthly productivity incentive; total compensation typically $300K-$350K+ annually during onboarding ramp-up

• Board eligible or certified in Psychiatry; subspecialties encouraged
• Active and unrestricted medical license; licensure assistance available
