Behavioral Health Worker - Wilson (Per Diem) –

Pawtucket, RI

Our men's residential program needs a Behavioral Health Worker to provide case management services to the residents at Wilson House. At Wilson House, the men have the opportunity to focus completely on recovery from chemical dependency in a home-like atmosphere. In this position, you will assess and evaluate clients on an ongoing basis by providing support services and/or crisis intervention as needed.

Responsibilities
  • Assisting clients in medication monitoring and education, maintaining client records, and assisting in facilitating activities with clients, which enhance the quality of living within the residence.
  • Some of these activities may include: maintenance and/or cleaning of the residence, cooking meals, and daily ADL skills.
  • Candidates must also have an approved driving record with the ability to transport clients.
Education / Licensing Requirements

High School diploma or equivalent required with experience in areas of mental health/substance abuse. This position requires you to obtain CPR and First Aid certification. If you do not have this certification you can obtain it while employed at the agency.
