As a CNA, you'll be responsible for providing direct patient care and support to our residents in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Assisting residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming

• Monitoring vital signs and reporting any changes to the nursing staff

• Providing personalized care and attention to each resident's unique needs and preferences

• Collaborating with the interdisciplinary care team to develop and implement individualized care plans

• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of resident care and progress

• Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of Rhode Island

• 0 years of experience in a healthcare setting (new graduates welcome to apply!)
