• Design, develop, and automate cloud-native infrastructure architecture within Azure.
• Implement, refine, and continuously improve Zero‑trust configurations within Azure/M365.
• Advise clients on best practices, improvement opportunities and strategic recommendations.
• Maintain cloud backup and disaster recovery solutions.
• Manage and update infrastructure solution products that Envision provides.
• Collaborate on projects and managed services with team members, including peer reviews.
• Optimize existing or post‑migration environments for cost, performance, scalability, and user adoption.
• Lead end‑to‑end Azure cloud consolidation and/or migration projects, ensuring seamless transition from on‑premises to cloud.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting.
• Assist with security events and root‑cause analysis when needed.

• Minimum 5 years of experience designing and maintaining infrastructure in Microsoft Azure.
• Demonstrated ability to migrate workloads to Azure.
• Hands‑on experience implementing and troubleshooting modern workplace technologies.
• Deep understanding of Microsoft Zero Trust architecture pillars.
• Extensive knowledge of Azure portals (M365, AAD, Intune, Security Center, Purview).
• Proven understanding of standard methodologies for securing Active Directory.
• Consulting experience with a consultative approach to discovering client technical and business needs.
• Experience selling, designing, and implementing solutions with a vendor or systems integrator.
• A Microsoft 365 Azure Solutions Architect Expert certification, or ability to obtain it within 6 months.

• Experience deploying and maintaining Azure Local / Azure Stack HCI.
• Experience consolidating Active Directory domains/forests and M365 tenants.
• Experience with Azure Logic Apps and Azure Automation.
• Experience with iSCSI, Fibre Channel or NFS storage technology.
• Experience designing and implementing hardware server and network solutions.
• Strong experience with Microsoft Power Shell.
• Hands‑on experience planning, designing, and implementing server virtualization and storage solutions around VMware; VDI experience a plus.
• Certifications – Microsoft Certified:
  Azure Administrator Associate.
• Certifications – Azure Network Engineer Associate.
