This is a full-time, on-site position based in Pawtucket, RI. As a Commercial Lines Account Manager, you will be responsible for assisting clients with their commercial insurance needs, managing accounts, providing exceptional customer service, and addressing inquiries or concerns. Additional responsibilities include working closely with insurance carriers to identify suitable coverage options, educating clients on available products, and supporting the employee benefits process.

Accuracy, communication, and a proactive approach are key to success in this role.

• Proficiency in Commercial Lines Coverage and Insurance knowledge
• Experience in Account Management and Customer Service
• Familiarity with Employee Benefits management and related processes
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work effectively in an on-site, team-oriented environment
• Relevant certifications in insurance (such as CISR, CIC) are a plus
• Proficiency in insurance software systems and standard office tools
• Prior experience in the insurance industry is preferred
