Cintas is seeking a Service Manager – Fire Protection Advanced Services to directly manage our customer‑facing Fire Protection Advanced Services team, which consists of alarm, monitoring, and/or sprinkler suppression systems.

Responsibilities include:

• Hiring and performance management; managing overall team performance.
• Providing leadership by fostering a safe working environment and resolving customer‑related issues.
• Training technicians; maintaining high customer satisfaction during goodwill visits.
• Achieving sales, profit, inventory and payroll goals; managing budget and operational issues affecting service.
• Hands‑on support of direct reports: accompanying service technicians, assisting with product pick‑up and delivery, supporting service, test, inspection or repair calls, driving company vehicle, lifting and carrying Cintas products, and performing managerial duties.

Required

• Valid driver’s license
• High School Diploma/GED;
  Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience preferred

Preferred

• Experience in Fire Protection Alarm, Sprinkler or Pre‑Engineered system
• Availability to start within two weeks after offer made/accepted

Compensation

A reasonable estimate of base salary for this role ranges between $89,100 and $115,500 per year and is eligible for an annual target bonus. The bonus earned is based on performance, location, division, and/or company. The range reflects considerations of skill set, experience, training, and other business and organizational needs.
