Our culture has inspired a diverse team of highly skilled, highly creative, and highly committed individuals for 100 years, and we believe the best is yet to come.

This outstanding opportunity allows you to lead strategies that grow Hasbro’s reach in under‑penetrated retail spaces and new distribution opportunities across the Americas. If you are ambitious, have a consistent track record developing go‑to‑market approaches, and thrive in a collaborative environment, we want to hear from you!

Effective from the date that Hasbro opens its new Boston location, this position will be onsite Tuesday – Thursday at Hasbro’s new HQ location in Boston, MA. In the interim, this position will be onsite Tuesday – Thursday at Hasbro’s HQ in Pawtucket, RI.

Responsibilities
  • Act as the Channel Growth Leader for emerging and value channels, leading strategies that extend Hasbro’s presence.
  • Lead the merchandising approach for Value, Club, Grocery/Drug, and Specialty channels throughout the US, Canada, and LATAM.
  • Define channel‑specific white space opportunities including value price tiers, club formats, specialty & drug/grocery exclusives, and outstanding format programs.
  • Partner with Sales and Channel Strategy Managers (CSMs) to align channel plans with retailer strategies and promotional cycles.
  • Build and maintain Channel Playbooks outlining "how we win" — from SKU mix to promotional levers and shopper activations.
  • Collaborate with Shopper Marketing and Omnichannel Merchandising on cross‑channel consistency and content readiness.
  • Take charge of ODM brief consolidation and serve as the primary contact for the ODM Lead to drive implementation and sell‑in across Americas channels.
  • Analyze channel‑level POS and distribution trends to identify performance gaps or expansion opportunities.
  • Partner with Portfolio Strategy to influence Global Brand Teams (GBTs) on innovation or packaging needs outstanding to these channels.
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in Channel Strategy, Category Management/Merchandising, Shopper/Customer Marketing, or Commercial/Go‑To‑Market positions.
  • Proven track record developing and completing channel‑specific growth strategies across Value, Club, Grocery/Drug, or Specialty retail.
  • Strong experience translating POS, distribution, and segmentation insights into actionable plans that drive incremental revenue.
  • Demonstrated success partnering with Sales, Portfolio, and Shopper Marketing to influence assortment, pack strategy, and activation plans.
  • Experience handling multi‑market scope (US + Canada and/or LATAM preferred).
  • Ability to build clear, scalable playbooks, frameworks, and toolkits for cross‑functional teams.
  • Strong communication and influence skills — able to drive alignment across complex collaborator groups.
  • Experience with data analysis tools (e.g. Circana, Kantar) is preferred.
  • Familiarity with the toy and entertainment industry is preferred.
