Full‑time 37.5 worked hours per week, flexible schedule required.

This is a nonexempt position; the pay range is $26–$28 per hour, based on experience. Sojourner House is a comprehensive victim services agency that provides crisis intervention services, shelter, transitional housing, permanent housing, clinical counseling, immigration advocacy, community‑based programs, education prevention programming, a growing housing development program, and other supportive services to individuals and families impacted by abuse. We have offices in Providence and Woonsocket, and programs that operate statewide. Our goal is to help our clients rebuild their lives, piece by piece, through a variety of services.

The main job duties of the RISE Coordinator are providing support and advocacy to LGBTQ+ and male‑identifying victims of domestic and sexual violence in Sojourner House RISE Program, البي. The program works with male identifying and LGBTQ+ survivors; helping victims to assess their risk for HIV/AIDS and other STIs; providing victims with sexual health education; and providing nio industry training and education to the community on domestic and sexual violence, HIV/AIDS and other STIs, intimate partner violence, LGBTQ cultural competency, and other related issues victims and survivors face when experiencing abuse.
