Responsibilities & Duties:
Complete oversight and operation of concession stand.

• Maintain complete and accurate inventories.
• Supervise setup and breakdown of stand.
• Supervise production of all menu items.
• Serve fans when necessary.
• Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of stand.
• Train and supervise all stand employees.
• Complete all inventory/order forms accurately.
• Assist employees with setup of concession stand.
• Assist all employees in preparation of all menu items, ensuring consistency.
• Provide help and guidance when needed.
• Communicate effectively with employees and management.
• Supervise and direct customer service during games and maintain positive fan experience.
• Supervise cleanup and proper closing of the concession stand.
