Job DescriptionResponsibilities & Duties:
Maintains proper inventory levels of all foods in holding bins, monitoring waste at all times.
- Cooking all foods to proper temperature and ensuring consistency of product.
- Keep work area clean and sanitized at all times.
- Keep all foods refrigerated when not being used.
- Wash and sanitize all grills and stand at end of shift.
- Help remove all trash from concession stand.
Extremely hectic and fast paced.
- Able to do multiple tasks at one time.
- Must be available to work the majority of games both day and night, as well as weekends.
- Capable of working under stress and at a very fast pace.
- Friendly, personable, team player and well groomed.
- Highly organized.
- Willing to learn about Food Handling and Food Safety protocols.
- Comfortable working in multiple parts of the Stadium.
