We are looking for the CMS of Payerne at a rate between 60%-80%, a:

• Collaborate on the medico-social care project (support in the form of help and care) based on respect for the principle of personal autonomy.
• Participate in monitoring the evolution of the client’s situation, in collaboration with the client, their entourage, the interdisciplinary team and the attending physicians.
• Provide clients with services such as basic care, nursing care, household help and family assistance.

• Hold a Federal VET Diploma (CFC) as an ASSC.
• Have, if possible, experience in home care.
• Be available to work during the day, evenings and weekends.
• Be capable of working autonomously and interdisciplinarily.
• Hold a driving licence and own a vehicle (possibility to use a company vehicle).
• Knowledge of German would be an asset.
