Job SummaryThe Residential Counselor is responsible for delivering therapeutic and treatment planning services to CBI residential patients.
Responsibilities include:
- Facilitating group counseling using the approved CBI curriculum and schedule.
- Facilitating regular individual sessions with each patient.
- Master’s Degree in a related field.
- At least 2 years of related experience in behavioral healthcare, physical health, or substance abuse.
- Associate or independently licensed professional with the Arizona Board of Behavioral Health Examiners as a Psychologist, Social Worker, Counselor, Marriage and Family Therapist, or Substance Abuse Counselor.
