Residential Counselor

The Residential Counselor is responsible for delivering therapeutic and treatment planning services to CBI residential patients.

Responsibilities include:

• Facilitating group counseling using the approved CBI curriculum and schedule.
• Facilitating regular individual sessions with each patient.

• Master’s Degree in a related field.
• At least 2 years of related experience in behavioral healthcare, physical health, or substance abuse.
• Associate or independently licensed professional with the Arizona Board of Behavioral Health Examiners as a Psychologist, Social Worker, Counselor, Marriage and Family Therapist, or Substance Abuse Counselor.
